Let;s get off on the right foot this high school year by keeping in mind the following to have great success
- Get around the students: go lunch, to go watch practice, get in the halls during class change. Build those relationships 
- Keep the strength program simple 
- Keep the strength program consistent 
- Coach all your students not just the atheletes 
- Use social media to provide positive motivation 
- Make sure your recording structure shows the students their progress 
- Play good music! 
- Set expectations to start class and recap at the end of class 
- Have great solutions for students that have a hard time with certian exercises 
- Pour your heart in everyday
